I was engaged in building couple of DC's, I tried my best to build the best keeping TIA 942 standard as based, all had two network path, two power supply from different sources, 2+1 redundant cooling system, fire rated the whole setup for 2 hours. used Novac as the fire extinguishing system , best in the world, the network had 128 gigabit back bone, more than you will need, state of the art Juniper networking equipment were used.
